At this time, Omega Transcripts only provides captioning services for videos that are 15 minutes or less in length.  Please provide the following when ordering captioning services:

• Identify and provide the names of the speakers within the video if you would like them included in the captioned transcript.
• If your video is already posted on YouTube, please provide a URL (link) to the video so that you do not have to upload it through our site.
• If you have a music video that needs captioning, you must provide the lyrics.

Please note that neither the font nor size of the captions can be specified and all caption files are produced from a semi-verbatim transcript (ums, uhs, stuttering, false starts excluded). All captions are in the pop-up format, meaning they pop onto the screen and then disappear to make room for new captions. You will receive both a plain transcript of the video and an .srt (captioned) version to upload to YouTube.
