Once you agree to a quote for your transcription project, you will receive an e-mail invoice. This e-mail includes a link and instructions on how to make your payment through PayPal.com, a secure online payment service. PayPal allows you various payment options (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.) and is free to buyers.
PayPal allows you to shop without sharing your financial information and provides protection against unauthorized payments from your account. Additionally, you can pay with any credit or debit card without opening a PayPal account. Click on the PayPal logo below to learn more about PayPal’s services. Please note that bank transfers/e-checks through PayPal may take 3-5 days to process and may delay the return of your transcript until the payment has cleared. To avoid any delays, please use a credit or debit card.
Once I have received notification of your payment, I will begin working on your transcript. For larger orders, I may accept a half payment before I begin and the second half payment midway through the project. Please let me know if you would like your payments to be split in this way.
The final invoice must be paid before I can release the second half of your order. I am not responsible for missed deadlines due to late payments.
