If you have a larger order (4 hours or more of audio or video), please be aware that the turnaround time will most likely be longer than 5 days. On average, each hour of audio or video takes at least 3 to 5 hours to transcribe depending on several factors such as the quality of the audio, number of speakers, research of terms, etc. If you know you will have several hours of audio or video, please do not wait and submit them all at once. Submit them for transcription services as you complete them. This will cut down on turnaround time. Turnaround times may also be affected by my current workload.

4-10 hours long, expect a turnaround time of 10 to 14 days.

11-15 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 3 weeks.

16-20 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 4 weeks.

21-25 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 5 weeks.

26-30 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 6 weeks.

The transcript for each file will be returned as I complete it. However, larger orders will not be completely finished until the deadline I specified. If you have any questions about this, please contact me.
