If you have a large order (4 hours or more of audio or video), be aware that the turnaround time may be longer than 5 days. If you need expedited services for a large order, please contact us to see if our current workload can accommodate your needs.

On average, each hour of audio or video takes at least 3 to 5 hours to transcribe depending on several factors such as the quality of the audio, number of speakers, research of terms, etc. If you know you will have several hours of audio or video, please do not wait and submit them all at once. Submit them for transcription services as you complete them. This will cut down on turnaround time. Turnaround times may also be affected by our current workload.

4-10 hours long, expect a turnaround time of 10 to 14 days.

11-15 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 3 weeks.

16-20 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 4 weeks.

21-25 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 5 weeks.

26-30 hours long, expect a turnaround time of about 6 weeks.
